How It Started
Helping people has always been at the heart of what I enjoy most, which is what led me to a career in financial services more than 10 years ago. I earned my degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas, and my background has given me a strong appreciation for listening, understanding people's needs, and building meaningful relationships. I began my career as a part-time administrative assistant for an Ameriprise Financial advisor before joining a team of advisors at Wells Fargo, where I spent six years supporting clients and advisors. Before joining Millenia Investments, I worked with O'Reilly LLC, continuing to build on my experience serving clients and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Throughout my career, I've remained committed to delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for every client I work with.
How I Work
As an Advisor Support Specialist, my role is to help ensure every client interaction is organized, efficient, and seamless. I manage client service requests, coordinate daily operations, prepare documents, maintain accurate records, and provide dependable support to both our advisors and clients. I believe the greatest value I can offer is personalized service built on reliability, responsiveness, and genuine care. I enjoy getting to know each client's story, learning about their goals, and helping them feel confident that they're supported every step of the way. Knowing I've made someone's experience easier or brighter is what motivates me every day.
Outside of Work
I spent much of my childhood moving throughout the Midwest before my family eventually settled in Chesterfield, Missouri. Today I live in St. Charles, where I've enjoyed watching the community grow while still maintaining its rich history and welcoming feel. I'm the proud mom of three amazing children and a wonderful son-in-law, and I'm grateful that each of them is not only family but also one of my closest friends. They inspire me to lead by example through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to helping others. Outside of the office, I love spending time with family and friends, whether we're playing cards, hosting cookouts, or simply enjoying each other's company. I've also been a proud hockey mom since my children were four years old, and cheering them on has been one of life's greatest joys. When I have time to myself, you'll usually find me reading, listening to music, or working in my yard.
