Samantha Estrada, BFA

I started at Millenia as a receptionist when I was 21. My mom, Aimee LaBounty, is a CPA who specializes in servicing small businesses and also serves as our firm's CPA. She introduced me to Lee, our retired owner, and Steve, our current owner. They took a chance on me, and I'd say it worked out for all of us. I'm on the partnership track now, and I wouldn't be where I am without their mentorship.

When I first joined, I quickly realized I wanted to do more than admin work. I got licensed and worked as an advisor. Over time, I discovered my true passion lies in working with high-net-worth women, partnering with retiring advisors as their successor through acquisitions, and creating an environment where my team can thrive.

Client Centered

I hold my Series 7, Series 66, Series 24, Missouri Life & Health licenses, and I'm a Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA). I was recognized as an Osaic Forum Visionary in 2025, a highly selective honor where female financial professionals are chosen to speak TedTalk style at the annual national conference based on bold strategies, proven success, and breaking barriers.

At Millenia, I'm an Executive Manager and Registered Principal on the leadership team. I manage day-to-day operations, execute our long-term strategy, lead growth initiatives, acquisitions, projects, and tech rollouts, and support team development. I still serve some of our top clients, mainly high-net-worth women, but I'm phasing out of direct advisory work as we grow.

Client Centered

What keeps me motivated is knowing our work genuinely changes lives. I'm driven by the impact we provide, whether helping a family retire confidently, guiding someone through a major transition, or creating a seamless succession plan for an advisor. Our clients trust us with their stories, goals, and futures, and that's an honor that never gets old.

What excites me most is the growth we're experiencing and bringing new advisors and clients into a culture built on service, accountability, and partnership. Millenia is where advisors can transition their life's work with confidence, and clients know they're supported by a fully invested team. Watching our team grow and step into new strengths is energizing. We're creating a legacy that will impact generations.

My husband Genaro Estrada Jr. is my biggest supporter. He's known to pop into the office to fix something or drop off snacks for the team if he's working nearby and knows it's a busy day.

Outside of work, I love reading. I love traveling with my husband, family, and friends. We do an annual family trip with my parents, grandparents, brother, aunts, uncle, and cousins. I enjoy being in and around water. Genaro and I kayak every summer on the Meramec River with my brother. Anytime we're in Florida, you'll find us in the ocean. We usually attend several concerts or live music events each year as well.
